Welcome Home
The Goddess Temple of Bellingen exists as an expression of love and devotion to the deep feminine in all her forms, recognising the need for greater balance between the archetypal energies of masculine/yang and feminine/yin – the harmonious balance of the Divine Feminine and Masculine expression within each of us, within our community, and on our planet.
We remember and honour the sacredness of life and the inter-connectedness of all things.
Our mission is to support the restoration of deep feminine values and ways of moving in the world. She may have been forgotten, veiled, buried, devalued and abused in recent millennia, but She never left.
We are a not for profit community group embracing of ALL traditions, cultures, and faiths that uphold honouring Earth.
Our home is the mid-north coast of New South Wales, Australia. We acknowledge the Gumbaynggirr people, traditional custodians of the land on which we live, gather and meet, and pay respect to their Elders past, present, and future. We acknowledge this land was never ceded. Yidaa jalumbaw, yidaa yilaana (yaam girrwaanbigundi wajaarr) Always before, always from here (this is Aboriginal land).

Our Work
Goddess Temple Bellingen is in service to the following:
- Provision of sanctuary for the healing and restoration of balance and well being to Earth and all who depend on Her.
- Activities that restore the knowledge of, and connection to Earth, her natural cycles and the God-dess-ence within us all, e.g. Workshops, Seasonal Wisdom.
- Acknowledgement and honouring of the cycles of nature through conscious celebration e.g. Seasonal Devotional Immersions.
Our Journey
We feel called to respond to the many crises on Earth from a place of cultivating an increased connection with our Earth and her cycles. We feel called to walk the path of the awakening Feminine from a place of devotion and remembrance of the Sacred nature of all life on Earth, human and other-than-human.
The vision for a Goddess Temple in Bellingen was birthed by Kimberlee Soule and Rosa Mauvra, upon their return from spending time at the Goddess Temple of Ashland in Oregon, USA in 2018, and their journey with Her Mystery School and its founder Jumana Sophia.
Kimberlee and Rosa were so inspired by the sacred beauty and purpose of the temple, and the nourishing immersion into the deep feminine of Her Mystery School that they felt directed to help bring a Goddess Temple community into existence in our local area.
Since then, others have stepped forward in service and in alignment with the vision. We now have a core group of people volunteering their time and their hearts to growing the Temple community!
